Our victim, W/F, stated that on Sunday, November 23, 2008, at 3:00am, she and two friends were walking near the intersection of Ursulines and
Chartres when a maroon Dodge truck pulled along side them. The passenger exited the vehicle and asked our victim for her phone number. Our victim refused. The subject then grabbed our victim’s purse while putting his hand in his pocket, implying that he had a pistol. Our victim relinquished the purse and the subject got back into the truck, which fled on Ursulines toward N Rampart, then unknown. Our victim was unable to get a good look at the driver of the vehicle.
