Incident Detail (20495) › Article 7453

On Saturday, June 12, 2010, at approximately 12:43 am, officers
responded to an armed robbery in the 1700 Block of Marais Street. Upon
arrival it was learned two victims had  parked and was walking when
three black males appeared from behind her. All three subjects
produced handguns. Subject # 1 pointed a gun toward the first victims
head and stated, “give me the keys.” The subject removed the keys from
the victims hands.

Suspect # 2 pointed a gun at the second victims head and jerked a cell
phone from the victims hand. The subject stated, “lets go.” Both
victims ran and returned later to find the vehicle they were driving
stolen.

Subjects # 3 did not do or say anything to the either victim, however
he did display a handgun.

Subject # 1  - B/M, approximately 5’6", 19 – 21 years of age,135 lbs,
short twist, clad in white t-shirt and blue jeans. The subject was in
possession of a blue steel semi automatic handgun.
Subject # 2 – B/M, approximately 5’6", 19 – 21 years of age,, 130 lbs,
white t-shirt, blue jeans, twisted hair
Subject # 3 – B/M, 5’6", 130 lbs, nothing further

On Saturday, June 12, 2010, the victims vehicle was located in the
1900 block of Urquhart Street.

This investigation is ongoing.
