ARMED ROBBERY WITH A GUN

Peniston Street, 800 block; Nov. 22, 4:05 p.m. A woman was walking to her car when she was approached by an armed man who demanded her money. She complied, and the suspect fled in an unknown direction.

South Claiborne Avenue, 8800 block; Nov. 22, 3:20 p.m. Two men armed with guns entered and demanded money. The victims complied, and the suspects fled in an unknown direction.

HOMICIDE

Cambronne Street, 1900 block; Nov. 21, 10:55 a.m. Two victims were found at the location, both with multiple gunshot wounds. One victim, a 24-year-old man, died on the scene. The second victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

Hope Street, 1800 block; Nov. 22, 8:51 p.m. A man was approached by an unknown man who accused him of smoking his drugs, then shot him in the face. He was taken to University Hospital and was listed in stable condition.

ARMED ROBBERY WITH A GUN

Burgundy Street, 2300 block; Nov. 22, 9:51 p.m. The victims were walking in the area when they were approached by an armed man who demanded their cell phones and wallets. The victims complied, and the suspect fled.

Dauphine Street at Louisa Street; Nov. 23, 3:13 a.m. The victims were sitting in their vehicle when a red pickup truck pulled up. The armed passenger jumped out demanding cash, and the victims complied before the truck fled the scene.

Dauphine Street at Mandeville Street; Nov. 23, 2:47 a.m. A man was riding his bike when someone exited the passenger side of a truck and robbed him.

Louisa Street, 900 block; Nov. 23, 3:05 a.m. An unknown male in a red Chevrolet robbed the suspect then fled.

4th Street, 700 block; Nov. 23, 12:48 p.m. A man was putting his trash out when the suspect approached, pulled a handgun and demanded his money. The man complied, turning over his money and his driver's license. The suspect fled on Chippewa Street toward Washington Avenue.

PURSE SNATCHING

Josephine Street, 1300 block; Nov. 21, 3:49 p.m. A woman was leaning in the back of her vehicle when a man approached and demanded her money. He grabbed the woman's purse and tried to pull it away from her, but she began to struggle with him and called for help. The man let go of the purse and fled on Coliseum Street in an Uptown direction.

ARMED ROBBERY WITH A GUN

Bullard Avenue at Hayne Boulevard; Nov. 21, 8:41 p.m. An unknown man armed with a handgun approached the two victims and demanded their property. The victims were brought to University Hospital by private car to treat their gunshot wounds. One victim was shot in the finger and the second victim was shot in the thigh. Details on how they were shot were unavailable.

Dauphine Street, 1000 block; Nov. 23, 7:42 p.m. A man and his wife left a store in the 1000 block of Dauphine Street when they were approached by an unknown man, who asked for a cigarette. The man said no. The man again asked for a cigarette, and the victim again refused. The subject pulled a knife and pointed it at the victim. The victim fled on foot.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT (DOMESTIC DISPUTE)

Bourbon Street, 400 block; Nov. 21, 10:50 p.m. A woman was in the 400 block of Bourbon Street when she got into a argument with a friend. During the argument, the suspect pulled out a knife and pointed it at the woman's stomach. The suspect was arrested by police shortly afterward.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY

Canal Street, first block; Nov. 21, 1:55 a.m. The victim met with an acquaintance near Harrah's New Orleans Casino, and the two became involved in a argument. The suspect drew a knife and cut the victim. The suspect fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. The victim was taken to a local hospital and treated.

ARMED ROBBERY

Ursulines Avenue, 600 block; Nov. 23, 2:35 a.m. The woman and two friends were walking near the intersection of Ursulines and Chartres streets when a Dodge pickup truck pulled up next to them. The passenger got out of the truck and asked the woman for her phone number. She refused, and the man grabbed the woman's purse while putting his hand in his pocket, implying that he had a gun. The woman let go of her purse, and the man got back into the truck, which drove off on Ursulines toward North Rampart Street.

Burgundy Street at Ursulines Avenue; Nov. 23, 4:56 a.m. A man said he was walking near the intersection of Burgundy Street and Ursulines Avenue when a white pickup truck pulled up next to him. The passenger got out the truck and approached the man. The passenger drew a pistol and demanded money. The man complied, and the suspect got back in the truck, which fled the scene.

Royal Street, 1200 block; Nov. 23, 2:33 a.m. A man was standing in the 1200 block of Royal Street when he was approached by an unknown man. The suspect produced a pistol and demanded money. The man complied, and the subject fled on foot on Royal toward Canal Street.

CARJACKING

Exchange Place at Iberville St.; Nov. 23, 2:05 a.m. A man parked his truck, a 2008 white Nissan Titan, Louisiana license plate W0325395, in the 100 block of Exchange Place. As he was getting out of the truck, he was approached by two unknown men. The first suspect pulled a pistol and demanded the keys to the truck. The man complied, and the suspect ordered the man's girlfriend, who was inside, to get out. Both suspects then got in the truck and fled on Iberville Street toward the river.

PURSE SNATCHING

Bourbon Street, 400 block; Nov. 22, 10:40 p.m. A woman was sitting inside a bar when someone grabbed her purse and pulled it from her grip. The suspect ran out of the door onto Bourbon. The woman was not able to give a description of the suspect.
